Prompt Library

The Prompt Library is the central place where you store and manage all your reusable AI instructions (prompts). By saving frequently used prompts in a central location, you don't have to type out the same instructions every time, ensuring a consistent writing style or output across all AI tools.

The Library​

In the overview screen, you will find a list of all your available prompts. To keep things organized, you can easily filter the view:

  • Filter by tool: Use the dropdown menu to only display prompts relevant to a specific AI function. You can filter by tools such as the Product Writer, Category Writer, Blog Writer, Translate Products, and Product Image.
  • Favorites only: Toggle this option to instantly view your most important, pinned prompts.

Adding a New Prompt​

Want to add your own specific instruction? Click the 'New prompt' button and fill in the following details:

  1. Title: Give your prompt a clear, recognizable name (e.g., "Casual Tone of Voice with USPs").
  2. Prompt text: Enter the actual instruction you want the AI to execute. Be as specific and clear as possible for the best results.
  3. Tools: Select which AI tools you want to link this prompt to (e.g., only Product Writer and Category Writer). Prompts linked to specific tools will only appear in the prompt overview of those chosen tools. If you leave this field blank, the prompt will be available across all tools.
  4. Favorite: Check this box to instantly pin the prompt for ultra-fast access in both the library and within the tools.

Default Prompts​

The library already contains a series of handy, built-in templates (marked as Default) to help you get started right away. You cannot delete or modify these default prompts, as they serve as references for writing new instructions. However, you can remove them from your favorites so you can find your own prompts much faster.

Tip: You can also duplicate existing prompts ("copy") and customize them to your liking to build your ideal library!

Using Prompts​

You can easily find your saved prompts inside the supported AI tools. Your favorites are instantly visible within each tool. Prompts not marked as a favorite can still be found behind the 'Library' button.
