About review-sources​

When the app is installed in your Shopify webshop, you can connect to one or more review systems. By linking to one or more review 'sources' we can calculate your total score and generate the widgets based on these reviews. Linking differs per review system. So check per system how to connect.

Kiyoh / Klantenvertellen​

Follow the steps below to add Kiyoh or Klantenvertellen reviews to the Shop Review Widget.

  1. Within the Shop Review Widget app, click on "Add new review source.
  2. Select "Kiyoh / Klantenvertellen"
  3. Click on add
  4. Go to the gear icon of the review source you just added
  5. Enter the XML feed from Kiyoh or Klantenvertellen. This can be found in your Kiyoh/Klantenvertellen dashboard.
  6. Activate the review source, by checking the switch.
  7. Wait 1-2 minutes, the reviews will now be visible!

Trustpilot​

Follow the steps below to add Trustpilot reviews to the Shop Review Widget.

  1. Within the Shop Review Widget app, click on "Add new review source.
  2. Select "Trustpilot"
  3. Click on "Add"
  4. Go to the gear icon of the review source you just added
  5. Enter the public url of your Trustpilot page.
  6. Activate the review source, by checking the switch.
  7. Wait 1-2 minutes, the reviews will now be visible!

Webwinkelkeur​

Follow the steps below to add Webwinkelkeur reviews to the Shop Review Widget.

  1. Within the Shop Review Widget app, click "Add new review source.
  2. Select "Webwinkelkeur"
  3. Click on "Add"
  4. Go to the cog icon of the review source you just added
  5. Enter your own Webwinkelkeur ID and Webwinkelkeur API key. These can be found in the Webwinkelkeur dashboard.
  6. Activate the review source, by checking the switch.
  7. Wait 1-2 minutes, the reviews will now be visible!

Feedback Company​

Follow the steps below to add Feedback Company reviews to the Shop Review Widget.

  1. Within the Shop Review Widget app, click on "Add new review source.
  2. Select "Trustpilot"
  3. Click on "Add"
  4. Go to the gear icon of the review source you just added
  5. Enter the public url of your Feedback Company page. Make sure you've got at least one published review.
  6. Activate the review source, by checking the switch.
  7. Wait 1-2 minutes, the reviews will now be visible!
