Popup

The Popup is a powerful tool to grab your visitors' attention for important announcements, discount promotions, or collecting newsletter sign-ups. Because this section is part of the Overlay group, it appears on top of the regular content of your webshop.

General Settings​

  • Enabled: Check this to activate the popup.
  • Color scheme: Determine the background and text color of the popup.
  • Size: Choose between a compact (Small) or a prominent (Large) popup.
  • Alignment: Determine whether the text within the popup should be displayed left, right, or centered.
  • Custom Class: For advanced styling by developers.

Image & Content​

Make the popup visually appealing:

  • Image: Select an image to display in the popup.
  • Image position: Choose whether the image should appear at the Top or on the Left side of the text.
  • Text: Add a title (Heading) and content (Rich text). You can fully customize the visual size, HTML tag, and font weight of the title.

Actions & Newsletter​

  • Show newsletter: Enable this option to display an email sign-up field directly in the popup.
  • Button: If the newsletter is disabled, you can add a regular action button with a link.
  • Privacy note: Add a small line of text about privacy (e.g., "We handle your data carefully").
  • Discount code: Want to reward subscribers? Enter a discount code. A 'copy button' will then appear so customers can use the code immediately at checkout.

When does the popup appear? (Triggers)​

Determine the ideal moment to show the popup:

  • Delay: The popup appears after a customizable number of seconds (0-30s) after the page loads.
  • Scroll percentage: The popup only appears once the visitor has scrolled a certain percentage (10-90%) of the page.

Behavior & Cookies​

To prevent the popup from becoming annoying to returning visitors, the theme uses cookies:

  • Cookie duration: Set how many days should pass before the popup is shown again to the same visitor (e.g., 7 days). If you set this to 0, the popup will appear with every new visit.
